Global-Autoworks was established in 2013 to provide the Lakeshore area with a premium auto service option. Steve Metsker after over 10 years in the industry with increasing levels of responsibility was looking to move into running his own show. The opportunity presented itself and with the assistance of his parents and sisters Global-Autoworks was founded. Peter and Julie Metsker have experience in running successful businesses in West Michigan and Peter's experience in construction and agricultural machinery distribution and management fits with the auto repair industry. We were also able to convince Mike Chan to join our team. Mike comes to us after over 10 years of providing superior service to the Lakeshore Area. Mike is a certified Master Technician by ASE and Bosch. His Bosch Certification is recognized as level of expertise very few are awarded. If fact there are less than 25 with this certification in the State of Michigan.

I called for written estimate that had been previously provided to me and had the copy within minutes.
My car probably should have died 200,000 miles ago, but at 425,000 miles, i’m still on the road. Hate to admit it, but that couldn’t be happening without Global. Costs money for repairs, but saves money in auto longevity in the long run.
Thanx for making this easy. I was thinking about writing you all, anyway, and this means it will really get done. YEA!
As always, my experience with Diane, Dr Weber, and the supporting staff was GOOD. Fun, even. Well, maybe not the actual cleaning part, but you, Diane are gentle as you work and you do a good job. I enjoy our talk about granddaughters. And you Dr Weber, are always friendly and usually ask about my daughters (which makes me feel that you care about your patients), and I have confidence in what you recommend. And you gals in the front office -- you always treat me well, look out for me, and laugh with me. Those things go a long way.
I hope that you are all in the office there for a good long time, cuz us older people don't always like having to adjust to new things or to new people.
Thanx, again, you all, and a blessed Christmas to you.
I am very pleased about Smile GH. I love the building and setting. The people who work there in the front office/reception are very friendly and helpful-thank you Meredith and Madison!! Brooke has done my chomper assessments and has been very patient and helpful with my questions about my teeth...and how you set up a plan that allows me to do it in steps over some time.
When I left the office yesterday and headed to work, I not only had a better understanding of what I needed to have done over the course of time but, get this...I thought about my teeth and what a wonderful gift they are! I have taken them for granted forever. (the following comments are not intended to be controversial, but)...I thought about God's provision in creating us humans so that we have little teeth as kids and gave us another set for our grown up faces! He thought of everything and they are so different that the rest of body! And He put them where they will help us the most rather than on my arm or forehead! :)
Maybe more than you were asking but I was treated very well and appreciate it. Respectfully, Dave Johnson
