The experience in general was excellent, feel comfortable during my procedure and everything was explained. I am still waiting to see the results for my photo facial but I have the feeling is going to be really good.
I didnt like the fact that as a post-treatment I was required to buy a very expensive cream (TNS Recovery complex), I hope this had been mentioned on my initial consultation, so that I was prepared on the total price I was going to pay after treatment.
I went ahead and purchase it but after giving a second thought, on the same day, I decided to return it. To my surprise, they will not give my money back they only issue an store credit for a future treatment. I don't like to feel push to buy any product and like less to not have options of getting my money back when I return a product, specially if I am a first time customer who is not sure if will have more treatments done at your clinic.
This is the reason why I don't give a 5 star review.
Diana, thank you for your feedback. You should never be made to feel pushed for product. The recommendation was made to hasten the healing process and improve overall tone and collagen production. I agree, understanding our best practices ahead of time would be helpful. Regardless, you should have a great outcome. I will discuss this issue with your provider to improve the experience.
