I had taken my car in because it is shaking a little and i needed to replace a motor mount, in that process I was charged two $46 charges to find the issue and a $25 for meterials. Not including the outrageous labor that was another $398. Overall I spent $500 for a hour of labor, and after leaving my car started making horrible noises that it wasnt making before taking it to them, and guess what they want another $46 to tell me whats making the noise. I will not be taking any of my vehicles back to GoForth.

We called Go Forth mid morning on a Friday to see about an oil change later in the afternoon. We arrived a little early and waited only a few minutes before the truck was serviced and ready to go. The service tech recommended a few maintance items that should be preformed.

I hate to say this but our experience has been mediocre with goforth. I had routine yearly car maintenance done for travel and had a technician put on wind shield wipers when they had just been replaced one month before - they did refund me the price of my wipers. Then after I drove my car one day a nut was loose under my car that luckily my husband was able to fix. When we have taken my husband's older car in, there seems to be an endless amt of work that keeps piling up but one problem we had of windows not electrically closing was caused by an electrical cord not being reattached after previous car work. I will not take my car back because I feel they have done some sloppy work, albeit they have reimbursed some costs of sloppy work. I probably wouldn't share this except I keep getting emails to share my goforth automotive experience
