We would be happy to have you return to our office and explain why you need a periodontal cleaning in more detail. There is a big difference between a "regular" cleaning and a periodontal cleaning and the fees are different. If you have any additional questions or need clarification please don't hesitate to call.

We would be happy to schedule you with the Dr. to re-evaluate why you are sore after having your teeth worked on. Sometimes your bite may need an adjustment after having work done or it can take awhile for the sensitivity to go away. Either way, we would love to address this with you. As for the Saturday appointments, we know it is hard to get in on a Saturday last minute. The Saturday and evening appointments do fill up very quickly with about 6 months in advance. We would be happy to put you on a Saturday cancelation list and call you asap to get you in. If you are willing to reconsider your decision of finding a different dentist, please contact us.
