I went for my regular check up yesterday but I also was concerned about a bump I had on my gum that I wanted the dentist to look at. I was seen by the dental hygienist (who was very nice) but there was no dentist there to see me? Very disappointed and unsatisfied with this.

patient phoned office dissatisfied with no doctor exam. Vicki immediately returned patients call and had her come in for a complementary exam with a doctor who checked her concern. Patient left satisfied.
