I had to thank my coworker for recommending Grand Vision Optometry. I was handled promptly at my scheduled time. Every one there was attentive, professional and friendly. Dr Wong was extremely personable and attentive, taking the time to demonstrate her recommendations, talking to my specific concerns. Honestly, I was amazed at the level of service there so I'm passing on my recommendation to everyone here.
My family and I love coming to Grand Vision! The staff are always friendly and very patient. They are amazing at helping pick out just the right glasses that compliment your face. And Dr. Mika is phenomenal. She is great with my son and helps explains stuff so that he understands too.
Normally I don't have a problem with Grand Vision however I went in for a yearly check up yesterday and woke up with pink eye in both eyes. I don't know if machinery wasn't cleaned properly or what but I am confused and upset by this.
Hi Natalie! I want to reassure you that prior to each patient, all our pre-test and exam equipment surfaces are disinfected with antiseptic agents. Infectious pink eye usually takes 2-3 days after exposure for first symptoms to be shown. However, redness in both eyes within 24 hours is a red flag for an allergic response. I'm glad we were able to see you again and get to the bottom of it - please don't hesitate to call us immediately if you have any additional concerns! Great office. Everyone was so nice and a beautiful lobby. The doctor took her time and explained everything. I am so happy I found this eye doctor so close to home. I will be returning to purchase my glasses next week.
Hi Rupnanda! We apologize that we have disappointed you! As we tried to explain to you on the day of your exam, your prescription has increased higher than any regular contact lens goes, and we need to order you a custom lens (which takes 3 weeks for the manufacturer to make). We are also submitting for medically necessary benefits on your behalf to your insurance company so that you don't have to pay anything for the contacts out of pocket - unfortunately your insurance company takes 14-20 business days for approval. I'm so sorry that there isn't anything we can do to speed this up! Hopefully you will give us another chance and accept our apologies! We do appreciate your very much as a patient, and hope that we can make it up to you in the future.

I Will never go back to this shop. After having the same part changed out 2x due to the cheap parts and (not OEM parts as promised) as well as not thouroghly bleeding the lines it took another mechanic shop to fix the problem correctly (costing in-addition to what I paid Paradise) another $400. + $100. in towing having been stranded on freeway. The owner of Paradise Auto (Charlie) would only refund me $100. In parts and verbally told me he didn't care what happened nor the fact that i had to pay another mechanic to fix his work and then told me to take him to court because he loves court for he was not covering any additional cost I incurred nor refunding the total amount i paid him. Horrible experience to be treated like that by the owner on top of the fact that he doesnt have any respect for a repeat customer!
