I have gone to this particular store for every oil change on every vehicle in our household. They are always professional and polite. The service is fast and thorough. They are always honest when showing wipers and filters, offering to change the ones that need changed but never pushing for a purchase that isn't needed. I will continue to go to this store as long as it exists!

They did a very good job for me this time. I bought this used car about a year and a half ago and I've been going to to this shop pretty much ever since. When I need an oil change or have them check all my fluids. The dealership where I bought the car didn't give me any info on what fluids they drained and replaced. So, I've been just changing the oil, because I assumed that they did a complete fluid change while the car was on their lot. Big mistake not to ask. I needed almost all my fluids changed when I went in this last time, because the the check engine light was flashing. they checked everything. They also were very courteous and friendly. Which can make a difference.

Very professional, did a great job! Love that they actually vacuum out your car. They get you in and out very quickly, and treat you great! The only place I will go from now on.

Oil change was good. Asked to have headlight changed was told no problem. When service was done was told they did not change the bulb on the headlight. Was told they could not get into it to change it. Have had bulbs replaced there twice in the last year. Was not very happy that it was not changed. Also when I drive off the check engine light was on had to go back and have them check what was wrong it was the sensor on the air filter. Was told the car was started when it was not plugged in. Issue was resolved by unplugging it and back in with the car off.

The staff was friendly and immediately met us when we drove up. The waiting time was only about 15 minutes. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need

Things went well, it was pretty fast considering how many people were waiting. Only thing I would say is they need to have pan savers at both locations.
