Taylor who makes appointments at the front desk is truly exceptional. She has been friendly and extremely helpful in making things work around my schedule and Courtney's (our stylist) schedule.
I run my own small business and at times need to rebook appointments. Taylor is great in that she makes t seem, as if it is no problem or effort at all. She is awesome insofar as accommodation is concerned.
Finding a great place to get your haircut and styled is tough today. However, we are very satisfied with the service and treatment we get at the N. Olmsted Salon.
Some years back we were customers at the same Salon with Gina as our stylist. After Gina left to pursue her own business, we both tried a couple other stylists, but they were not for us. Oh, our hair came out okay, but they had no interested in us as people. We got that "just another customer" feeling. Absolutely no rapport. So, disenchanted with that Salon we bounced around to a couple different places.
The stylist that my wife, Joyce & I have is Courtney Plata. She is excellent. Neither of us need anything extreme for our hair. So, I feel we are pretty easy customers for anyone to work with.
Courtney is perfect for us. Her personality and sweet nature are a pleasure to see. She truly makes the experience friendly and very easy.
Joyce & I truly feel that Courtney should be a stylist to train other new stylists in your vast company. As I said, she is perfect for us, perhaps her other customers feel that way too.
We have referred 6 friends & family members to Courtney. I have no information about their experience with her yet. I asked Courtney about them and she liked them and thought all went well.
Courtney & Taylor both understand that we are paying to come there for their best efforts. To both of those young women, we are more than just another customer. Both make a great connection and seem to truly care about the customers.
