I have been really disappointed by my visits. The dental work is fine, but my time and money are not respected. I has to advocate for clear communication about work that needed to be done and the work I scheduled for had to be rescheduled. I feel like communication is purposefully faulty so that I have to keep coming back and paying the fee and I will not be shocked if there is some new surprise next time too. I will not continue membership another year.

I do apologize if you feel like the treatment is not being communicated with you. We do print out our treatment plans. If you would like an additional copy or have further questions we would be more than happy to answer them.
