Tremendously respectable business - competitive pricing, professional crew, prompt and informative.
We are not tree experts but Dan and crew most definitely are. Dan stopped by for a quote for one dead tree and ended up walking the entire property with me identifying healthy trees, problematic trees and trees we should keep our eye on. He was very laid back and helpful. He was not trying to oversell and take down more trees than necessary. You can tell he and the employees care about their work and want to take down as few trees as possible.

Overall the service was very good. The crew completed the work per the work order and wore required PPE the entire time they were working.
There was a minimal amount of cut debris left from the pruning in the back of the house and I did hear a limb bounce foo the roof while they were working (neither is an issue to me but other customers have complained.) There was also a dead limb from the ash tree left in the wrapped secondary line. if it is Green Arbor policy to leave those limbs I understand (I removed it myself).
Green Arbor is my go to company for referrals for pruning services and removals where very large cranes are not required.

I called Green Arbor to remove an overgrown pine tree and an old brittle Silver Maple that had limbs breaking off. Another needed to be cut back. This is the second time I called them because I had such a good experience the first time and because they are trained as arborists. That means they will safely do the job the right way. That doesn't make them more expensive than "the guy with a chainsaw"; their prices are reasonable. The man who gives you the estimate and the crew are friendly. And they show up, get the job the done and clean up before they leave! Green Arbor Tree Experts really are experts and I wouldn't call anyone else to work on my trees.

They completed all the work we asked them to do. They worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up all the debris. Then they went above and beyond when showing me “ground cover” that is actually poison ivy and recommended how to get rid of it.

I was at work when the Green Arbor crew removed my tree and stump, but checked in with my neighbor who had been watching their progress The entire job was completed in under two hours, I believe. I arrived home to find my yard was clean and all traces of the rather large tree were gone. Very efficient and professional! They have the equipment to make the large jobs look small.
