My experience at green wave is usually average as their is nothing to complain about. In terms of increasing the service standards I think there is room for improvement. When I walked in for my appointment I went to use the restroom and when I came back out the technician was sitting at the front desk having a conversation with the receptionist while I waited on the front couch. They where discussing an ex boyfriend I assume that had a restraining order. Yikes. It wasn't necessarily an issue for me, I still come to greenwave for the prices and I never feel unwelcomed; however, had I been in a rush or had someone else been in my scenario it might of been seen as very unprofessional.
