Everyone is very nice and very kid oriented. I recently took three kids for a first dental visit. My son was screaming before we left the house that he did not want to go. He saw the toys in the lobby and relaxed. He completely relaxed and was even smiling during his appointment when the dentist took time to ask him questions and let him make some of the decisions. All three kids told me when they left that they had fun and want to go back!
