I am always provided with the best service suggestions and pricing. I miss the loaner but I understand how difficult it is to keep loaners on hand and ready. The walking does me good. I would like a waiting area stocked with magazines, newspapers, hot coffee and a TV but I am not willing to pay more for service and Guys would have to surcharge, I would think for that. Just kidding around but not about the service. I consider my relationship good to excellent with Guys and it is my preferred service stop. I trust them, plain and simple.
One area if possible that you could spend some time on would be communications with the customer. Your web page could provide updates for customers on work being done on their car. Customers would use your web page more saving you guys some time during the day. You may already be doing this or heading this way. Charlie Gowing
