GYROTONIC(R) SAT NAM is your personal oasis minutes from downtown West Palm Beach. Our passion is awakening balance, vitality, wellness and relaxation in your life through GYROTONIC(R) and GYROKINESIS(R) METHODOLOGIES, yoga and organic loose leaf teas.
Our warm, elegant and natural environment provides a place to serve all through Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis exercise, yoga, meditation, healthy lifestyle education, wellness workshops and other events that bring health, happiness and peace to our community. Our certified trainers are knowledgeable and respectful of each student's needs, requests and limitations.
The boutique at GYROTONIC(R) SATNAM offers you everything from spiritual books and music, resort-style clothing, accessories and jewlery for men and women and an assortment of bath and body products.
While our boutique and fitness studio focus on your exterior self, we also offer a beautiful selection of organic loose-leaf teas to nourish your insides. At our tea counter, you can sip hot or iced teas which are available by the cup or ounce. All of our teas are made with Kangen Water.
