Dr. Lisa's adjustments always hold. I needed relief from shooting pain down my right leg, and she identified that the muscles were tight. Here I am 3 days later and there still is no pain. I had relief as soon as I got off the table and even with lifting furniture this weekend, the adjustments have held very well.
