My stylist was unexpectedly out of the salon on the day of my appointment due to a medical issue. I received a phone call from the owner, Dawn, herself asking me if it would work for me to see other stylists. This allowed me to come in at my previously scheduled appointment time which I appreciated. I ended up seeing 3 different people for my services but all of it was well coordinated. They all communicated well with each other and Dawn checked in as well to make sure everything was satisfactory. The salon has the highest level of customer service I have experienced in any commercial business and I am not easily impressed. Keep up the great work!

I love the way Megan does my hair, she does a great job and I am passing her name onto my co-workers at work about Megan. I also recommend this salon the staff are so good there, and me myself I just like this salon and where you are located, easy to get to.
