Hair M offered me a decent haircut experience, but nothing I would consider extra special. I personally do not think it's worth the extra cash to upgrade to a "master stylist". They've got extra experience over others, thats for sure, but not without the negative side effect of working in the same industry or company for so many years, which is boredom with the monotony of going through so many clients day in and day out. My stylist seemed somewhat unconfident in what she was doing with my hair, and almost seemed like she was avoiding my head in a way? I shower daily and take good care of my personal hygiene so I'm not really sure why this may have been, but being a first time customer I guess the relationship just wasn't there.
Overall, my cut was good, and I wouldn't avoid trying Hair M again, but I did notice how it seemed the staff were either overworked/underpaid/just plain bored with what they were doing. My greet was pleasant and professional, but it felt very empty to be receiving the service here. Nobody really seemed to enjoy what they were doing.
Andrew, I'm sorry to hear so many things didn't meet your expectation and I'm truly saddened to hear that. It's unfortunate because we consider ourselves a family here. We hope you give us another chance in the future and build a relationship with a stylist so you too feel like you're part of our haircut family!
