The first time I walked in, Holly, the receptionist greeted me with a smile and cheery hello. Halo is a comfortable environment with caring, giving and extremely capable professionals who really want to help the client achieve what it is the client wants. The casual down-to-earth atmosphere was a perfect fit for me.

Dr. B and the team at Halo are terrific! Dr. B. Always takes the time to explain treatment options, the best approaches for you based on your skin and your goals. She is very thorough and takes the time to get to know her patients and takes any underlying medical concerns in consideration - she is a true expert and I am always pleased (and encouraged!) after a visit. She is the best! They offer great, proven effective, products but never push. It's clear they want you to look and feel great (not my experience elsewhere) and work with you on a plan to get to your goals. Go see Dr. B

I love the Doctor, She is obviously skilled, But the computer system is horrid and the procedure of having receptionist interspersed with Doctor so that one pays but is not sure of what they are paying for feels deceptive,

Thanks for your comments. Every one gets a detailed printed receipt and if you did not get one, we apologize about the same.

Secondly, the clinician explains in detail the procedure and the pricing before any service is provided and we do expect payments before any service is provided. We have had patients walk out after getting a $2000 procedure/services after their credit card being declined and they did not have a check to pay for services. So we have to collect payment in advance for any service provided regardless how big or small the invoice price is.

When you are here the next time please ask for a detailed invoice with the entire procedure and or service provided. If you have any problems/concerns in future, please feel free to call me at your earliest convenience.

Dr Banerjee did Sculptra and Juvederm injections on me and is wonderful and did an excellent job. I had a Halo Laser treatment which was very good. Yesterday I had a Microneedling session with Anna. She was very thorough and patient with me and did an excellent job.
