I did not have a positive experience. My massage therapist scolded me for being 7min late, keeping me waiting and putting us "short on time" and then did not speak during the massage. Her massage skills were lacking and she used too much oil. I canceled my subscription and will be using a company with better training and customer care.

Value for money: this is what makes this a bargain. Like a rest pain of jeans. I did not abuse my skin by excessive sun. I have good genetics. I wear only a primer, sunscreen and moisturizer. My pores have been reduced. I have a couple of hyperpugmentations on my face from life, and those are fading. Fine lines are reduced.

Most do not know that members can purchase product cheaper there than nearby Ulta ($10. less). My husband has had back facials and his eruptions have decreased in number and frequency .

I am almost 70. People always comment about my skin--younger, older and peers. Thanks, Ulta!

My monthly facial is not a luxury. I pick and choose what I do for myself. My skin can stand alone. I use only a primer and sunscreen an moisturizer on my skin because of the amazing condition of my skin. Yes, some of it is genetic. Some of it is lack of sun abuse, but my pores are retired, age spots lightened, as well as fine lines. I trust Amanda. We vary treatment. It doesn' hurt that it is 4 minutes from home!

Also, with membership discount, I get product CHEAPER ( by $10) than at nearby Ulta. A lot do not know that.

My husband now goes for back facials. He used to have many eruptions. Greatly reduced!

This is a great value for the money. I am constantly having people comment about my skin. I am 69 1/2.
