Be cautious. My diamond earrings were stolen from the massage room. I was reminded to take them off and so I did and left them on the chair. I had a late appt 5 or 6pm on a Saturday night and remembered Sunday morning that I had left them. I was at the Kingstowne store when they opened Sunday and - poof - they were gone. I spoke to the manager, the owner numerous times and never saw the earrings again. They were valued at over $4k. I spoke to the police but did not file a report (stupid!). Someone is untrustworthy. Adding insult to injury I had to argue to get out if the contract. What a terrible place. Be cautious and do not bring anything of value.

They refused to give me back my balance when my son stopped going there. The reason we stopped was because he was under 18 years and they did not have anybody to work with minors at some point After several calls and some emails I let it go but I will not use them again.

Excellent service, courteous staff, very relaxing facility. Katelyn is one of the most professional massage therapists I've encountered, and her knowledge and technique worked wonders on my back during multiple hot-stone massages. I highly recommend!

Wallace is the man to see for an awesome massage. I tried someone else when Wallace was booked but i left feeling like i needed more time so Wallace is the bomb.com for me. You wont be disappointed.
