This was my first visit since the spa reopened. The new procedure was emailed to me so that I was well informed of the process - arriving, calling to let them know i was here, and they then called me back to request me to enter the spa. This eliminated the need to be in the front area with anyone else. The massage was excellent, as usual. I wore a mask when face up and the therapist wore one throughout the session. I felt safe and secure with these new procedures and have no concern about using my other membership visits.

Came after quarantine was lifted and they opened up with limited capacity. Goes without saying they have tremendous massage therapists thus why I'm a member, but how they handled the care for their employees and myself, the patron, with their operations of cleanliness and rigor I was very impressed and most importantly comfortable. Hard to put your mind at ease getting a massage if you have anxiety. They're doing a great job and I will be back.

I've been going to Hand and Stone off and on for about 5 years. I love this place, Everyone is very kind and attentive. Great services. Good price points. I usually get a massage but recently tried a facial and it was excellent. Highly recommended!
