I am sure there are worse places to get a massage, so there is that. But when you pay $100 for a 60min treatment, you would expect there to be a level of quality and service associated with that price. I am NOT talking about a 5 star spa experience or anything like that, I know $100 really is not that much and is somewhat standard for the industry. But for that price you should still have some quality associated with the experience. There was no relaxation waiting room aside from the place you sit when you walk in the door. They did not have a place to undress or lock up valuables (aside from the room where you get your massage). Since I was not provided a place to put my things, the only option I had was to throw my stuff on the chair in the corner of the room. When I got there I noticed standard amenities offered at other places, like having your room smell like lavender, was an extra charge. I did want to upgrade to a hot stone massage when I got there but after a few minutes of waiting they told me they didn't actually have anyone qualified to perform that treatment. The girl I got to give me the massage was fresh out of school and Just so happen to be horrible at her job. The only reason why I gave this company to stars is because the people at the front desk or extremely nice and polite. That was pretty much the only redeeming quality of my visit. The thing is, I have no problems with paying premium prices for a massage, but I would expect the visit to reflect the price I paid. To put things into perspective, if I paid $50 for my service here, it would still be too much but I wouldn't be annoyed enough to to write a review. At $100, I am just saying that people should set their expectations very low.
