You can expect your spa treatment at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa to be tailored to meet your needs. Our friendly staff will welcome you and ask you to fill out a quick questionaire regarding your medical history, past or present injuries or other physical conditions that we should be aware of prior to your spa service.
A Licensed / Certified / Registered Massage Therapist or Esthetician will begin the process with a consultation where we listen to you and come to understand your particular concerns. We'll review your information, including current conditions that might affect treatment or if there is a specific area or challenge upon which you'd like us to focus. During future visits, our Massage Therapist or Esthetician will ask about any changes, further tailoring your Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa experience.

The check in process wasn't anything special but I wasn't expecting anything amazing either. I didn't have a long wait which was nice but once I got into my massage is when things went bad. I had asked for light pressure and got the equivalent of a deep tissue. It was incredibly painful and I asked for her to light up. She said she would but she didn't let up on the pressure. I was so uncomfortable and in pain the whole time I was on the massage table. Also during the massage while I was face up on the table all I could smell was stale cigarettes and gum. It was not relaxing at all. While I was also face up on the table my massage artist slightly burped. At this point I was fed up and thank gosh the hour was over. I went to the lobby and gave my husband my card so he could pay because I was too upset to talk to anyone about my experience. The receptionist was. Very nice and saw how upset I was and only charged us for my husbands massage which he enjoyed. I have never had an experience like this in my life and I've had a good amount of professional massages. I will not recommend this place to anyone and will not return.

Juanita does an excellent job! I always feel so relaxed when I'm done.
I had an amazing experience. The entire office really goes above and beyond to make sure you feel taken care of. I felt like my business was appreciated and like my time was valued. I was treated like family. I am not 100% confident in my treatment plan though. I keep getting referred to endodontics for an upper tooth that is sensitive when my real pain is coming from behind my lower molar where my wisdom tooth is impacted. I would rather not spend thousands of dollars for a root canal/deep cleaning/brace if my problem is impacted wisdom teeth. I feel like I left without a diagnosis or game plan.
