This was my first prenatal massage. I didn’t know what to expect. I halfway thought I would be disappointed because it wouldn’t be much more than just a Swedish massage (because I thought they would be afraid to use pressure since I’m pregnant). I was SO wrong. Helga was still able to target isolated muscle groups and still used pressure even though I was on my side the whole time. She was very sweet also. Definitely recommend!
