I love the therapists, the atmosphere and the office staff. HOWEVER, 3 times this year (I go once a month) they have screwed up my appointment and when I get there they say "Oh, sorry, there was a problem. Which means that I now have no reservation and do not get a massage that month, which I pay for with my membership. This is frustrating to say the least as I go with a friend and we plan our day around this. Next time, they need to bump someone else instead of it always felling l like it is me.
