I had a wonderful experience at Hand and Stone! The staff was friendly and polite. Vona was very professional and she did a marvelous job! I recommend this place 100%! The atmosphere is clean and inviting. The massage rooms are soothing and relaxing. The massage table was comfortable and the service was amazing! I plan to go back soon!

It was a wonderful massage but when you pay for a 60 minute treatment, you would expect it to last 60 minutes. I was disappointed that in total my actual massage time maybe lased 30 minutes with about 10 minutes to dress before and 10 minutes to dress after. I would prefer closer to 5 minute dressing times and having the service last the time that you pay for. I know having 10 minutes might not seem like much, but when you’re really counting on that time to help you relax and get out tension it can make a big difference on the overall experience. I was let out of my massage 10 minutes early and that made me feel like just another name on the list. That they needed the extra time to flip the room for the next guest. It took the luxury and pampering right out of the experience. Also on a smaller note, I was asked by my therapist if I wanted coconut pineapple or plain water. I asked for pineapple. I received coconut. I was really disappointed however when I read your mission statement of customer service on the wall. I gave my feedback politely in person to the receptionist who checked me out about the time cut short to see if this was a normal practice and she apologized and said no. I did not receive the treatment described in your mission statement and when I brought that to your attention, nothing was done about it. I truly enjoyed the 30 minutes of massaging that I did receive which is the only reason I am leaving any stars. My husband bought me a 3 month gift card and I am sad to say I probably won’t be returning to use it because of how much of an inconvenience I was made to feel like. I hope you do something with this feedback because if you truly believe in your mission statement, you should.
