My services have been great here. I just had a facial on March 8 and it was lovely. BUT I've consistently had trouble when I check out. I initiated my membership at another location and there's always an issue pulling up my packages. Once I waited 30 minutes to pay for my service. I think the problem is first with the computer system and second with training of the staff. Their people skills and communication is very poor. It should never take that long to pay and it's frustrating to have a relaxing service and then have that feeling taken away by the check out staff.
My recent interaction was equally as frustrating. The woman at check out couldn't find my packages but as she was talking with another associate blamed me for not telling her that I came from another location. She sat there without saying a word to me and fumbled over the computer. Then, she stuck her very long fingernail in her mouth before she took my credit card. I had to wash my hands immediately after. It was unprofessional and just gross.
Sadly, I will avoid this location not for the quality of the services but because of the rest of the staff.
