Alicia is phenomenal. I've known her for years, but only recently became a client of hers. I was struggling for months to find a therapist in Boise that could fill the shoes of another therapist, who is no longer at Hands on Health. I finally called Alicia and instantly regretted not going to her sooner. I find Alicia's practice to be wonderfully well-rounded. For me it has been about feeling great long-term and more than just a massage to ease the stress and tension in the short-term. One thing I love is Alicia's approach to finding solutions, which are on the high end of the "easy spectrum" that I can implement at home to feel better. Since visiting Alicia, my stress has decreased and my overall physical and mental health has improved substantially. I can tell a drastic difference when I go for a long period without a session. As for character, I have met very few people who are as warm, caring, and non-judgmental as Alicia is. She is always striving to learn more and do more to help her clients and her community every way she can. I admire her intelligence and integrity. I highly recommend Alicia and Hands On Health, it is well worth the drive to Nampa (if you don't live there).
