We are very sorry for your issues with getting callbacks. We want to be available to our patients during business hours to reschedule appiontments. Because of our limited schedule it is not always possible to return calls after hours. We have recently added a new software that allows us to communicate with our patients via Facebook, our webpage, and text message. We have a limited schedule because we are a new office and our schedule will grow as our patient load grows. We are sorry for the issues you've had. We are happy to discuss any issues with you in person at your child's next visit.
