Haven Massage & Health Center is a high-end Day Spa in South Reno, next to Double Diamond Athletic Club. We are located in the South Reno Community and opened in June 2015. Our team is licensed and certified in many unique treatments including massage, manicures, pedicures, facials, lashes, and waxing. Everyone on the Haven team shares our vision for serving our community through top-notch care of our guests and by generously giving back to the Northern Nevada community. We offer a full robe-and-slipper service and a stunning facility with a lot of class and warmth. Our spa is equipped with lockers and showers so you can enjoy yourself, and then head straight back to work or out on the town.

I have been to every massage place here in Reno at least three different times.
Each time with a different massage therapist. Very disappointing everytime.
However, my experience at Haven yesterday with Nicole was amazing!! I feel so much better!
She is very skilled, super sweet/kind and knows her anatomy and physiology. I will absolutely be back!
