I have been going to Leslie at Haye for 20 years, she is excellent and so is the other staff. I highly recommend going to Haye Dental Group for excellent customer service and quality dental care!

I gave only gave one start because you are forced you to pick a star before publishing. Please be careful when going here. I was given a root canal in the wrong tooth and they had no remorse for it. They made many excuses and also tried to blame me for their mistake! This has caused much stress and I feel it is my responsibility to let others know what happened to me and how poorly they responded the mistake of killing my healthy tooth. I hope this helps save someone else from going through what I did.

There is nothing I can say bad about Haye Dental Group. From the minute you walk in the door there is someone to help you. All of the receptionists can answer questions about insurance as well as some dental work questions. I have recommended Haye to at least tree people, and I will recommend Haye to anyone I talk to having to do with anything dental.

First appt back since Covid and the office is operating at a highly professional and cleanly dental office. Safety precautions are in place from the moment you enter the office. Great staff and service!

I BROKE A REAR UPPER MOLAR AND DR HAYE GROUND IT DOWN AND PUT A TEMPORARY CROWN ON IT THIS WAS DONE IN AN EFFICIENT MANNER AND WITH NO PAIN THE PEOPLE THERE ARE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HAYE DENTAL GROUP TO ANYONE NEEDING DENTAL CARE. THANK YOU JOHN WOODFORD

Receptionists in both locations: West and East are rude, condescending, and treat everyone as if you cannot pay your bill. I am really debating continuing my services at these locations. You are not the only Dentist offices in Janesville: You may want to remember that.
