The front desk staff were fantastic in explaining everything with my insurance and making sure I had access to the forms before my appointment. Shannon my hygienist was great!!!!! My first appointment went so smoothly. She explained everything thoroughly and really made me feel comfortable during my cleaning. She checked how I was doing multiple times during the cleaning and explained proper oral care at home. She took the time to explain different options for further treatment and answered any questions I had. It was a joy to have a cleaning done by her. When Dr. Kingston came in he was laid back but so proactive with his stance on oral care. He uses the latest technology to find cavities and your x rays are done instantly with pictures on flat screens. I haven't been to a dentist in a while but really wish I found this office sooner. If you are apprehensive in having dental work done or have been putting off regularly scheduled cleanings run don't walk to this office.
