I was rear-ended back in January of this year. Once my car was in the hands of this business, I did not have to worry about anything. They always kept me updated on the progress of my SUV. I also loved the fact that the car rental was inside the collision center because it made the transition easier. My SUV turned out great! Hopefully there won't be a need for their service again, but if I ever get in a wreck again I know this is the place to go!

My '08 Impala suffered a bad day when it was rammed in the front quarter (in my front yard, no less!) causing significant damage. The happiest part of the experience was dealing with Hernandez Repair. They were very friendly, and did much 'leg-work' on the phone trying to contact the other insurance company. In the end, my insurance had to handle it. Special thanks to Katie, Kristine and Regina for making the repairs the easy part of what could have been an otherwise bad experience.

Great customer service! I will take my volvo here anytime i need any repairs! My car was hit by another car and they took care of everything for me! Super friendly and very insightful. Go here if you need your car serviced!

I am not happy with their service. They tell you want you want to hear to get your vehicle into their shop then once they have your vehicle their attitudes change to a don't care!!! They are very unprofessional!!!! My car has been in the shop for over a month work is finish and they will not release my car because they say the insurance company owes them money. They charged USAA $150 to tow my car to their shop...there shop is only 7 mins from my house and didn't need to be towed.... One thing they love to say is they work for the "customer not the insurance company" (that's a lie)The shop is about money and to get what they can get!!! Please I highly advise you to take your vehicle to another shop... No one should have to put up with their bad attitudes and bad customer service.

THIS SHOP IS 100% ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. THEY ARE A QUALITY SMALL BUSINESS THAT THOROUGHLY ENSURED CONSISTENT QUALITY SERVICE TO ME AND MY VEHICLE. REGINA, KRIS, AND KATIE WERE NOT ONLY QUALITY TRAINED AND KNOWLEDGEABLE BUT WERE KIND AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS.

they had my vehicle 4 2 1/2 months & all they had 2do was replace the back passenger door. they were supposedly waiting on a new from the manufacturer. however the door i got had obvious signs of previous use. i also had 2 take it back 2 have the door handle replaced bc all they did was paint over the damage. plus they didnt bother to wax the door properly after they had painted it, so it had dull spots on it. and too make it worse, not even 6 months later, the leather is pealing off the inside of the door. they also WAY over charge insurance companies. theres a reason most of them tell you not to go there. they are obviously scamming the hell out of them. they charged my mother insurance company over 7000 to fix the back door. (Muse replaced my radiator and entire front part of my vehicle for under 6000 not even 6 months before). plus the lady at the desk has no problem being rude to people. needless to say, i do not recommend them to anyone. bc trust me. im not a first to be treated like this. i have had several people complain to me about their service as well, including one of my closet friends. they had her vehicle several weeks more then what they said they were going to on top of several other issues.

my advice, go somewhere else.
