Waited approximately 70 odd minutes after appointment time and after approximately 15-20 minutes of dental work, was actually leaving office approximately over 2 hours after appointment!!! THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
Customers actually have more to do in a day than to wait over an hour for an appointment & then not get the work needed to be done & FINALLY leave over 2 hours!!!
Think that less people should be scheduled for the day so that the workers can have at least a couple of minutes to take a breathe!!!
Please try to find a solution to this timing problem--alot of the customers were complaining & hope they take the time to send a review about this problem.
Long waits are never good. We track wait times and appointment times. We are also implementing a system to track patient preference better. If time is higher on the list then will flag appointments for priority scheduling. We are also doing a lot of staff traing. On March 8th the average wait was only 13 minutes. Only two patients were seated late that day. Apparently one was you. We had a surgery that became more complicated than expected.
