Hi Jackie,

We would like to go further to understand what happened that day in grooming. We are interviewing who groomed the dog that day and will try to find out if there were any issues on her end. We normally have a grooming instruction sheet that explains which type of cut, clip and specific instructions; ie: "clean feet and face" - with explanation that this is close shave on these items. We have this to make sure the instructions are clear and not misinterpreted. I have spoken to the grooming department members and it appears they have not been consistently using these items. We are committed to staying with these procedures to make sure experiences like yours do not happen in the future. Thanks for letting us know and we hope you will be back for more grooming.
