In terms of the communication, this shop is great. The only negative opinion I have regarding this shop is the time span as to which I had to wait for my vehicle to be repaired. Although it wasn't necessarily the shops fault for the delay, it still was irritating/frustrating as you can imagine ( the part that I needed repaired/replaced has since been discontinued by the manufacture and the shop had to look into other alternatives to repair the damaged part). I was under the impression that the vehicle would be available to be picked up within 3 to 4 days maximum when in all it ended up taking 3 to 4 weeks to get my vehicle back to me. Like I stated before, I can't really blame the shop for the part not being available to be replaced, but I wish they would have found a alternative solution quicker than what they ended up doing, but when all's said and done, my vehicle is repaired and running as normal as it was before minus the defect of course.
