My 1998 Honda was having transmission problems and I had been advised that it would need a new transmission soon. I was referred to Luke by a friend so I asked him for a second opinion. He did some research and promptly called me back with 3 options. When I asked for suggestions or his opinion, he responded but with no pressure to choose any option or to come in for the work.
I did decide to get a new transmission from Hopewell and am very satisfied with the service and the way that I was treated as a new customer. I am confident that if I do incur any problems, Luke and his staff will be willingly take care of them.
I will revisit Hopewell and I will recommend them to my family and friends.

My husband and I were just arriving in Athens when our Lexus started complaing about the drive from NM! We found Hopewell Auto on the web and were impressed with their customer rating. Now we know why,, Bryan was very professional, friendly and kind arranging our repair. The work was done in a timely manner and they veen provided a loaner car at no cost. And (ladies, pay attention) their waitng and office area is the most comfortable and the cleanest i have ever experienced. Did we have a good experience?? you betcha'. Will we return you betcha!! But only if we need excellent and fine service for our cars.

I'd say I had a pretty good visit to this shop. I only got new tires, but the price was reasonable (not great, not bad). The service was excellent, though. I showed up an hour early to my scheduled time, and they had me in and out by the time I was actually supposed to be there. I was offered snacks and drinks, and there was a TV, and comfortable chairs (which goes a long way when you're waiting an hour). The service people were also very quick to make sure any questions or needs I may have were answered. The one thing that turned me off a bit was the price of an oil change (which includes tire rotation and different point checks). It seemed pretty steep, so I'm not sure how other services might be priced.
