My appointment was scheduled for 2:00pm. After checking in at 1:55pm, I patiently sat and waited to be called back. And waited....and waited. Finally, at 2:35pm, I was taken back to get started. I understand that start times are sometimes tough to stick to and things happen and things start to get pushed back as the day progresses. I get that. What I do not understand, however, is how the office staff completely ignores a customer for 35 minutes. No updates (we'll be with you shortly, sir. Sorry for the delay). Nothing. It shows a complete LACK of respect for my time and a complete lack of respect for the customer.
After getting taken to the back, the service was 5-star. Great job by the tech for getting me going and the doc was A+++.
