About
Hot Method Yoga is a fun and challenging series of 26 postures (asanas) and two breathing exercises (pranayama) done in a heated studio (just above body temperature). We now offer both 90-minute and 75-minute class times, geared towards both the beginner and intermediate student.

I joined Hot Method Yoga last week and so far, I love it! I was concerned about going back to yoga after having a knee injury and multiple surgeries. When I sent an email with these concerns to Hot Method, the owner, Kevin, got back to me quickly with great advice and encouragement.
The classes, studio, and instructor are all fantastic! I done Core Power Yoga in the past, but I really, really love Hot Method Yoga! Not only do I love supporting local businesses, but I also really enjoy the small touches that make Hot Method Yoga feel welcoming and supportive. For example, I love that the instructors take the time to learn all of our names, and everyone has been really supportive with my injury. I appreciate that the instructors take the time during class to suggest modifications for poses so that I don't push my knee. The studio is clean (no carpet floors!) and in a great location. I really like that there's a rewards program--it's extra encouragement to keep coming back.
Thank you for running a wonderful studio and for helping me feel inspired again. I had been feeling down about my knee, but even after just a few classes, I feel a difference and will be sure to keep coming back.
