About
The studio was designed to provide an intimate, zen-like space with bamboo and slate flooring and 6-foot tall mirrors covering two walls. An additional window wall allows Virginia Beach's blue sky and sunshine indoors flooding our space with natural light.
Full-service locker rooms make it easy to practice, shower and head off to tackle the day's errands or make your appointments. Bath towels are always available and don't worry if you've forgotten shampoo or a blow dryer; both are here for your convenience. Cubbies are here for stowing your personal items but do leave valuables at home.
Hot Yoga is pleased to offer skidless towels by Yogi Toes, Equa towels by Manduka; Manduka, Jade and starter mats. We also feature organic aroma therapy mat cleaner, and support our local farmer by carrying Tasha's Own artisan crafted goat soap.
You can visit our online store thru MindBody for yoga apparel and accessories from your favorite yoga manufacturers including Breathe, Hugger Mugger, and more.

I love coming to Hot Yoga Studio. I walk in and always see a smiling, friendly face. The atmosphere is always positive and welcoming to everyone. Each class and teacher has their own style which keeps me coming back since it's not the same sequence every time. You can always count on a good class where you either learn something new, are encouraged to back off when needed or challenge yourself when needed. All the teachers are well versed and extremely supportive in yogi growth. Thank you for having a wonderful studio!
