Every aspect of my recent visit to Dr Harrell’s office was well thought out, immaculately clean and I never had a concern for my health safety during this time of COVID. From the wipes at entry and exit, to air purifiers in every room, to plexiglass surround at Jackie’s desk, to Jaylee’s double mask and face shield, every interaction was thought thru. I have very sensitive teeth and Jaylee was most expert at taking care of me. Thank you to all.

I had some concerns going in for a cleaning in this COVID environment, even though I figured most of the risk would be for the dental hygienist than for me. There was no reason to worry. Patients stayed in their cars before appointments to minimize communal time in the waiting room, a number of chairs had been removed, there was plexiglass in the lobby, and no tools were used that would cause aerosolized droplets to fly around. There was also extra ventilation in the examination room. Every safety precaution I could think of was observed. Great job! Also, everyone at the office is friendly.
