When the Dr. originally spoke to me about my dog needing surgery, he told me it would run about $200- 300. I saved some money and scheduled the appointment. When I brought her in the morning of the surgery they offered to run blood work to make sure she was healthy for anesthesia, that would be an additional $60. I was ok with that. When I picked her up my total bill was just above $550. The Dr. Did not include and of the fees for the anesthesia, meds, etc. when originally quoting me the price. While I happen to be able to pay the entire bill this time, there are times when I would not have that much extra money to cover such a large difference in charges. I was very irritated that I wasn't given a more accurate cost from the beginning.
Other than that issue, the staff is all very friendly! My dog is very fearful and they are really good with her and try to take extra time to make her more comfortable in her surroundings.
