I really enjoy the whole salon experience at Ibi's, especially the head, scalp and hand massages....the warm, towels, as well are such a wonderful pampering service to enjoy.
Although I am a loyal customer, I am providing some constructive feedback in order to even better your services.
I was very pleased with Alexa, who listened to the style I was looking for, however, overall the cut was much shorter in the back then I expected. It's difficult to state that, when at that point, nothing can be done. Working in a clinical setting, getting a hc shorter then expected, is not worth getting upset about. It's just hair and I realize it will grow back.
Usually, in the past, there have been questions about products used and products suggested. There was none of that this time. There was no hairspray offered or touch up make up (which had always been offered before).
When I went to pay, I was surprised that the amount of a hc had been increased to $55, as the last time, I believe it was either $35 or $40.When I inquired about this with the newer receptionist, she said that Alexa just changed the amount onthe paper. I'm not sure why. When calling to schedule a hc, I believe one should be told if there was an increase in prices of services, so one is aware.
Lastly, when I was paying with my debit card, the receptionist took a phone call, and continued to have me wait as she scheduled an appt. with the customer on the telephone. In all honesty, she should have answered the phone and asked that customer to hold as I was waiting to sign the receipt.
Just a few thoughts...as I said, I enjoy being a customer and wanted to share my feedback.
