I had an appointment for a lash sift (which I have received the service before and loved it!). However when I went in for my usual - 6 to 8 week touch up, the technician said my lashes were getting over processed (which I have never heard that from the other iCandy locaitons I go to in Danville or Walnut Creek). Anyways as she was getting ready to start, she said her glue was dry. At a place that does lash lifts, wouldnt you have spares?? Anyhow, I was concerned as she was trying to melt the harden glue in the tube in the microwave. I ended up spending more money for lash extentions (which I usually do not like to get done since I already have long lashes just like the curl and not using a curler in the AM). She did the extentions well but then come to find out - not only did I spend more for the extentions but I have to come back in 2 weeks and spend another $65.00 to get them filled. Plus they only had one time spot open and if I waited longer - it would cost me $95.00 for a fill. My lash lifts usually are only $65 plus tip and I can go 6-8 weeks. Anyhow - was not plesed to have to spend additonal $$$ as well as the additonal investment to keep them looking like they do.
