I went in with a pixie just needing a trim. I ended up leaving with a completely butchered haircut. I have these ragged layers that are not blended at all. Two bald spots. And pieces cut so short that they are sticking straight up. The worst part is that she cut it so short and so uneven that I have to wait for it to grow out a little to get fixed...it's too short to fix. So I spent $35 on a cut and then $70 in hats to cover it up. I plan I calling to speak with a manager tomorrow.

I am so sorry about your experience which is why I went ahead and fixed the minor imperfections with your haircut myself along with giving you a free service for the future. We have a great relationship with hundreds of our clients and our perfect 5 star review shows it. I'm sorry you felt that we were only worth 1 star and am glad that you have communicated that to us. Our clients are loyal and would not go elsewhere unless they were over all dissatisfied. My immediate response after recieving your call ws to talk to the stylist and let her know that the communication went wrong some where. Your service was performed by a very sought after stylist and its unfortunate that your service did not go as desired.
We appreciate your feedback although a 1 star review, and a competitive plug seems a little less than genuine. We do regret that you had a less than satisfactory service and hopefully by us trying to fix the problem it has given you the feel of our sincerest professionalism and customer service.
