Today was my first visit. Yes. Everyone is right on the other reviews... they are so nice and explain everything so well. Ok, so it hurts but the pain goes away by the time you leave the room and my redness went away faster than with waxing- in a few hours. I wish it was less expensive. But don't we all! :) I am so happy they were able to get me in the day I signed on and didn't have to wait.
