Board certified dermatologist Dr. Lynne Napatalung joined Illinois Dermatology Institute in October of 2016. She was born and raised in Murfreesboro, Tennessee and obtained her undergraduate degree in Economics from Middle Tennessee State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She then completed her master's degree in Economics from The Ohio State University.

Dr. Napatalung was awarded her Medical Degree at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Medicine, where she graduated top of her class and was appointed to the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. She completed both her internship and Dermatology residency at Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona, where she served as chief resident. During this time, she enjoyed a dermatology rotation in Tanzania, Africa and now serves the community of Chicago by volunteering at Community Health. She enjoys seeing both children and adults for their medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatologic needs
