My family of 4 has been a client of Image Optics for many many years. I came in to try and get some help as my daughter's prescription had just expired and she was out of contacts. I was told by the receptionist that you couldn't help me as I do not buy my contacts from you. After pretty much begging for help as my daughter needed the contacts and I even said I would pay for them - I was told the cost would be $50 for 5 pairs of contacts as you could not give me any for free nor would you give me a week's worth, again because I do not buy my contacts though you. And with a very condescending tone was told that the $50 I just paid would be applied to my appointment IF I showed up.
Your staff have completely rubbed me the wrong way for the last time and I will be looking for a new optic center that values me as a person and not as a dollar sign.
