This August will be a year that I am still waiting for a call to come pick up my contacts. We have done trail pairs and was still trying to find the right ones. Last time I was in there to pick up my lenses they were not in yet and they were to call me. Glasses still need adjusted. The funny thing is... they keep sending me notices that it is time for my yearly check up.

I am truly sorry that you have had a bad experience trying to get your contacts. In the past year we have gone through significant staffing changes due to people leaving for school, maternity leave, etc. Unfortunately with large changes within a staff things can fall through the cracks, but we are more than happy to try and rectify the situation now. We would also like to check to make sure we have your phone number correct in our computer to ensure that was not the problem with trying to contact you to make you aware that your order was in. Also, if you need your glasses adjusted you can come in at anytime at your convenience to have those taken care of. There is no need for appointment for that. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding your concerns directly at the office.
