Imperial Animal Hospital is a full service veterinary hospital serving animal health care needs of the people and pets of St. Thomas, St. John, the British Virgin Islands and beyond. Our hospital has been around for a while, and many things have changed over the years, but the one thing that has remained constant is the compassionate care we offer our patients, and the respect with which we treat our valued clients. We believe each animal we work with is special, and that every pet owner we serve deserves to be heard. We pledge to always listen to you, to answer your questions, and to do whatever it takes to help your companion enjoy as many happy, healthy years by your side as possible.

Our state of the art hospital features all of the modern equipment, cutting edge technology and first class amenities necessary to provide our patients with exceptional care throughout their lives. From our cool, welcoming reception area to our spacious exam rooms, our well-equipped surgical suite, in-house laboratory, digital radiology and on-site pharmacy, we have got everything you need to keep your pet happy and healthy, all under one roof!

We offer a full range of comprehensive veterinary medical, diagnostic, dental and surgical services to support your pet through every stage of life. We place a strong emphasis on wellness and preventative care, because we believe this creates a solid foundation for a lifetime of good health. We are, however, well-equipped and fully prepared to assist with just about any other medical need that may arise for your pet, including a help desk and emergency service, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our patients include a number of small animal species, including dogs, cats, birds, pocket pets and a variety of wildlife and exotic animals.

More importantly, beyond the degrees we've earned and the experience we've amassed, at Imperial Animal Hospital, we are pet owners first. We understand the special bond you share with your animal companions, and we strive to foster that bond in everything we do.
